The School of Media Arts & Studies (MDIA) prepares well-rounded individuals to think critically, act creatively and practice ethically in a fast-changing global media society. Music Industry Summit
The Music Industry Summit is the largest music conference in the Midwest. Voted one of the top 7 essential music conferences, it is held each spring at 51社区 and is free for students.
Past guests have included Jason Isbell, Earl Sweatshirt, Phoebe Bridgers, Caamp, FINNEAS, Michelle Zauner, DJ Premier, St. Vincent, Mxmtoon, Saba, and more. The 3-day conference welcomes over 70 industry leaders and artists for interviews, panels, mentoring sessions, networking meetups, and much more.
